Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated October 14, 2026.

Introduction

This Terms of Service is a contract between you ("You", "your") and Trimi Health ("Trimi," "we," "us") and our affiliates. These terms and conditions (together with our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct, the "Terms of Service" or "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and any related documentation, software, application, content, functionality, and products (collectively, the "Service(s)").

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you access or use our Services. By accessing our Website or using our Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A MANDATORY ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS.

What These Terms Cover

These Terms govern Trimi Health's compounded GLP-1 weight management program, which is the only program Trimi offers. Together with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy, they are the complete and controlling terms for that program. Terms published for any other program, brand, or service do not apply to your Trimi plan.

Clinical care is delivered by licensed clinicians of Arora Health, which maintains a 50-state provider network. Prescriptions are dispensed by a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy, currently BelieveRx. Availability depends on your state of residence; see our state availability page.

Eligibility

To qualify to use the Services, the following must be true:

Satisfying these requirements does not guarantee you will receive Services through Trimi. We reserve the right to change or include new requirements as deemed appropriate.

Billing, Plans and Renewals

What you pay

Trimi charges a single plan price. Your plan's total price, term length, and billing schedule are shown when you select and confirm your plan at checkout. Any advertised monthly equivalent for a multi-month plan describes the average monthly cost, not a monthly cancellation right. The plan price is all-inclusive and covers your medication, your clinician consultations and follow-ups, dose changes, refills, and shipping. Shipping is free once your prescription is compounded: overnight shipping for plans purchased through standard enrollment, and 2-day shipping for plans purchased through Sale enrollment (both described below).

There is no membership fee, no subscription fee separate from the plan price, no consultation fee, no per-visit charge, and no fee to change or discontinue a dose. Your plan price does not increase as your dose is titrated.

Plans and prices for new patients

The plans and prices available to you depend on the enrollment page you start from. Listed prices are before any promotional code applied at checkout.

Standard enrollment (app.trytrimi.com/start-online-visit/weight-loss-memberships, linked from trytrimi.com).

Compounded semaglutide: monthly, $175 billed each month; quarterly, $145 per month equivalent, $435 paid upfront every 3 months; six-month, $120 per month equivalent, $720 paid upfront; annual, $99 per month equivalent, $1,188 paid upfront.

Compounded tirzepatide: monthly, $235 billed each month; quarterly, $199 per month equivalent, $597 paid upfront every 3 months; six-month, $175 per month equivalent, $1,050 paid upfront; annual, $125 per month equivalent, $1,500 paid upfront.

Sale enrollment (app.trytrimi.com/start-online-visit/weight-loss-memberships-sale, linked from trytrimi.com/sale).

Sale enrollment offers monthly and 3-month plans for compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. Monthly plans are billed each month; 3-month plans are paid upfront every 3 months at a lower per-month equivalent. Prices are shown on the Sale enrollment pages and at checkout before you pay. Six-month and annual plans are not offered through Sale enrollment.

These prices apply to new patients. Existing patients keep their current plan and agreed billing terms; no automatic price change or plan migration applies.

How the plan lengths work

Quarterly (3-month), six-month and annual plans are term commitments, not month-to-month arrangements. Because they are prepaid at a discount in exchange for the commitment, you should not read the discounted per-month figure as a cancel-anytime price. Turning off renewal on a monthly or quarterly plan stops future charges, which is a separate thing from ending a term you have already paid for.

Renewals and payment

Monthly and quarterly (3-month) plans renew automatically at the end of each term unless you turn renewal off first, and we charge the payment method on file. Existing patients keep their agreed price and billing plan; the new-patient prices above do not automatically change an existing plan or renewal. Six-month and annual plans do not renew automatically, as described above. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may pause fulfillment until payment succeeds. We will not change the price of a term you have already paid for.

Price Changes and Existing Plans

Your existing plan keeps the price and term you agreed to at purchase. Existing patients remain on their agreed prices and billing plans unless a future plan change is requested and confirmed under the applicable terms. If Trimi later lowers its prices, introduces a promotion, or offers a new plan, that change does not reduce the price of a term already purchased. A later lower price is not a billing error.

We do not provide refunds, partial or prorated refunds, credits, or retroactive price adjustments solely because a lower price or new offer becomes available. You cannot end an existing committed term early and receive a refund of the remaining balance in order to purchase the same treatment at the new price.

To switch to new pricing, you must first complete your current plan term. This means the full term you purchased: one month, three months, six months, or twelve months for an annual plan. A monthly equivalent price, medication shipment, or installment payment does not turn a multi-month commitment into a monthly plan. Turning off renewal or requesting a pause does not shorten that commitment or make the current term eligible for new pricing.

After your current term ends, you may choose an available plan at the price then offered, subject to that plan's eligibility requirements and any required provider check-in. Contact us through the patient portal or our contact page before your term ends to arrange a change for the next term. Requesting a change does not by itself cancel renewal or confirm a new plan; follow the renewal and confirmation steps described in these policies. New pricing does not apply automatically during your current term.

This price-change rule does not remove any refund or cancellation rights under the terms you accepted at purchase or applicable law. The other refund provisions in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, including pre-prescription cancellation, clinical ineligibility, the six-month money-back policy, clinician-directed discontinuation, qualifying shipment problems, and actual billing errors, continue to apply under their stated conditions.

Cancellations and Refunds

The full rules, including timelines and what documentation we need, are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically post the credit within 5 to 10 business days.

Medical Disclosures

Trimi dispenses compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. Compounded medications are prepared per individual prescription by a state-licensed pharmacy and are not FDA-approved as drugs. They are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality before they are dispensed.

GLP-1 medications carry real risks, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, kidney injury from dehydration, and, per FDA prescribing information for this drug class, a boxed warning for thyroid C-cell tumors. Discuss your history with your clinician before starting. Full risk information is on our Important Safety Information page.

A clinician may prescribe off-label at their clinical discretion based on your individual case. Nothing on this site is medical advice; it is general information, and treatment decisions rest with you and a licensed clinician.
